Get a Book Dealâ„¢ Writing Tip: Harnessing Your Metaphysical Support System

Imagine the sheer intelligence of the quantum field. Powerful in its potential. It's not separate from us; we are actually swimming in it and recurring manifestations of it. I say recurring, because in each nano instant a whole new universe is born. From the perspective of our brain, which yearns for predictability, it appears that life is a linear story. That time is moving forward in measured increments. Unvariable. Even though subjectively it's clear this is not so. Part of the power of the quantum field rests in its fluidity.

Because energy is fluid, unfixed, and non-material in its raw state, and we come from this, let us hypothesize for the purpose of this tip, that we have--at least on some level--the same rawness, fluidity, unfixedness, and potential. And, dare I say, immeasurably vast intelligence. What if we agreed to play in this field?

If there is no time without matter, then why couldn't we simply "go to" the past or the future if we're working metaphysically and "be with" any energy/information/vibration/consciousness we desire? As writers, we're more than halfway there already because we regularly play with the chemistry (still physical) and energy (electromagnetic, but still to a degree physical) of thought. Until we depart the body, we are most likely going to sense and interpret information from the quantum field physically. We must train ourselves to notice how one nano instant is qualitatively distinct from "before" or "after" it.

What if we could call upon the essence of the greatest personalities of past, present, and future for support in our writing process? "Call upon" meaning, by calling this energy to move through our being, and seeing what the flow allows us to experience in the way of wisdom, insight, factual knowledge, expertise, approach, and so on.

Shamans and healers do this either instinctively or by training. So I propose allowing yourself the transcendental avenue to wholeness (healing) in writing. Whose whole are we talking about? The wholer whole. As much as you can tolerate and embody.

Imagine, if there was anyone or any type of someone who you could talk to who would have the answers for you, who would that be?

What if it could be you? Or is you, but "you" with fewer boundaries?

It has been said that answers are simultaneously present with the questions. (And haven't we already agreed there is no before/after paradigm in the field of potential anyhow? Based on that supposition the concept of simultaneous is eternal/infinite/ridiculous.)

Be ridiculous. Ask and answer. Know and do. For what you would do is already done--in some now--why not let it be now?

A bit of a mind-twister. I thoroughly enjoyed writing this tip!
